Track your Move with us.

Our pre-move surveyors would take a detailed inventory of all items to be moved and record specially. Digital pictures are taken to capture images of items that are fragile, large, heavy, or otherwise require special handling during the move. Survey data would be kept in security record for 3 years.
Our staff monitors each move in detail using our customized Move Manager system. As a client of Rotate, your shipment related file would be kept in record for 3 years. On the other side, you could reach out your move information by contact with the Relocation Assistant. And Information including shipping dates, country profiles and FIDI customs guides are also available. 
If you have a prefer delivery time line, Rotate will make close communication and offer you a best proposal to approaching your target.
